I am 180/87kg and bought 3XL fots me perfect! The material is thick perfect for the Swedish autunm.. I ordered in October 13-2020 and arrived to Sweden November 26-2020 My arms are quite tight maybe because I go to the gym? But I should consudere test a 4XL just to see if the arms are not so tight, bit if you do not train you shouldn’t have a problem with such measures. Recommend product!.
